Hello, I’m Antoinette Ceravolo, and I warmly welcome you to my private studios in Port Melbourne & Elwood.

I have created calm and supportive spaces where you can reconnect with your body, restore balance, and move with greater ease. Through personalised Pilates sessions, Reiki, chakra balancing, and energy clearing, my intention is to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Alongside private sessions, I also offer Pilates rehabilitation and clinically focused group classes in Elwood and online. Retreat and Women’s circles are also available so reach out for the most current circle offerings.

My Approach

I believe true wellbeing comes from nurturing both the body and the mind. My role is to gently guide and support you, creating a space where healing, movement, and self-discovery can unfold naturally.

Having lived with chronic pain for more than a decade, I understand first hand the challenges that can arise when the body feels restricted or out of balance. My own healing journey taught me the profound value of mindful movement, breath, meditation, and learning to listen to the body’s wisdom.

Over the years, I have come to see pain not as something to fight against, but as an invitation to slow down, pay attention, and create positive change. This perspective continues to shape the way I work with my clients today.

Whether your goal is rehabilitation, improved strength and mobility, stress reduction, or simply feeling more at home in your body, I am passionate about helping you move forward with confidence and self-awareness.

My Journey

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, my passion for helping others remains as strong as ever.

Following a significant back injury during my corporate career, I discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates, Reiki, and meditation. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and a deeper understanding of the body, I was able to support my own recovery and regain trust in my body again.

This experience inspired me to expand my studies beyond Personal Training into Clinical Pilates/ rehabilitation, Reiki Levels 1 & 2, and energy healing. Today, I work with a wide range of clients, including those managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or navigating conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
